These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services of Yuma Medicare Expert ("Yuma Medicare Expert," "we," "us," or "our"), a licensed insurance agency based in Yuma, Arizona. By accessing our website, submitting a form, booking an appointment, or otherwise communicating with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Our Services

Yuma Medicare Expert provides Medicare insurance guidance and enrollment assistance, including help comparing Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement (Medigap), and Part D prescription drug plans. Our services are provided by or through licensed insurance agents. Information on this website is for general educational purposes and does not constitute insurance, legal, tax, or financial advice.

Medicare Notice: We do not offer every plan available in your area. Any information we provide is limited to those plans we do offer in your area. Please contact Medicare.gov or 1-800-MEDICARE (1-800-633-4227), 24 hours a day / 7 days a week, or your local State Health Insurance Program (SHIP) to get information on all of your options. We are not connected with or endorsed by the United States Government or the federal Medicare program. This is a solicitation for insurance. A licensed insurance agent may contact you.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our website and services. By using our services, you represent that you are 18 or older and that any information you provide is accurate and belongs to you.

3. Appointments & Consultations

When you book an appointment through our website, you request contact from a licensed insurance agent representing Yuma Medicare Expert. Appointments are provided free of charge and without obligation. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments as needed and will make reasonable efforts to notify you.

4. Text / SMS Messaging Terms

4.1 Program. By providing your mobile number and opting in through our forms or booking calendar, you consent to receive text messages from Yuma Medicare Expert, including appointment confirmations, reminders, service updates, and — where you have separately consented — promotional and educational messages about Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Part D plans.

4.2 Consent Is Not Required. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. You may opt in or decline without affecting your ability to work with us.

4.3 Frequency & Rates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply based on your carrier and plan.

4.5 Carrier Liability. Carriers (including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

4.6 No Sharing of Mobile Data. Mobile information and consent records (including phone numbers and SMS opt-in data) will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors and service providers in support of our services (such as CRM, calendar, messaging, or compliance providers) is permitted only for the purpose of delivering those services to you.

5. Consent to Communications

By providing your contact information, you consent to be contacted by Yuma Medicare Expert and its authorized representatives at the phone number and email address you provide, including through automated technology such as automatic telephone dialing systems (ATDS), pre-recorded or artificial voice messages, text messages, and email, for purposes related to your inquiry and, where consented, marketing. This consent applies even if your number is listed on a state or federal Do Not Call registry. You may revoke consent at any time as described in Section 4.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Arizona.
